The NA-LX5 housing is built for Panasonic Lumix LX5, the ultimate compact, high-performing digital camera valued by both professional and enthusiast photographers. The housing is also compatible with Leica D-Lux 5 camera.

KEY FEATURES


The NA-LX5 housing features an outstanding ergonomic design in a compact housing body in that it allows full access to camera function. It also features a super sensitive shutter release mechanism, which effectively resulting in an enhanced textile experience with the moment of truth underwater.

In order to access the most frequently used camera function while avoiding space clash at such compact housing body, the housing conveniently combines camera on/off with video function in one lever which allows fast camera switch on and move into video shooting mode when push it further forward.



One of the most important aspects of the LX-5 for underwater photography is the TTL-capability of the internal pop-up flash in M mold. Hence, the photographer can freely choose to use any shutter speed and aperture combination while external D-TTL and DS-TTL capable strobes are accurately triggered by the camera pop up flash. 



The LX5 housing successes the same housing lock design from NA-NEX5 housing and incorporates an improved easy detachable optical mount. It has a standard M67mm threaded port allowing various brand diopter to be attached, and a newly developed wide angle dome converter gives the joy of using the camera’s ultra-wide-angle 24mm Leica lens.
