The Sea and Sea 6G (Ricoh WG-50) is a rugged camera that's waterproof without the housing to 14m/45ft, shockproof from 1.6m/5, crush-proof to 100kgf/220lbf and freezeproof to -10C/+14F. It features a 16MP CMOS sensor, 5x zoom, 28-140mm equiv. lens, 2.7" LCD with outdoor and underwater modes and 1080/30p HD video capture.

The camera has amazing macro capabilities that can enable you to bring the lens as close as 1cm/0.4inch to the subject without a close-up lens. It also features 4 built-in LED macro lights that act as a ring light. The DX-6G housing comes with a diffuser to enhance this capability.

DX-6G Underwater Housing

The camera comes with a rugged, compact and full-featured underwater housing to extend it's abilities for diving to depths of 185' (55m). Besides the LED diffuser the shutter lever also works to direct and block the camera flash to an external strobe.

The housing features a locking cam-lock closure, labeled easy-to-access controls and a cold shoe mount for a focus or video light. It has two fiber optic ports to connect optically-trigged strobes. It has a bayonet mount port for attaching a wide angle lens.
