In the event of missing or damaged items, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of the shipment. Should you discover missing or damaged products, save all boxes and packing materials and contact us immediately.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please complete the following steps for returns and exchanges:
- Returns and Exchanges: Items may be returned for in-store credit or exchanged for up to 10 days after receipt*
- Please contact us first to confirm return of items before shipping returns back to us.
- Include a copy of your invoice with the returned items.
- Except for materials or goods that are defective "out-of-the-box,” no returns will be allowed more than 30 days after shipment.
- Please contact us for assistance.
*Only unused goods in newly manufactured condition, with all original packing materials and manuals, will be considered or accepted for in-store credit or exchange.
Exchanged, or returned material or goods, may be subject to a restocking fee. Free shipping costs may be deducted as a cost of sale from any refund applicable. Any orders returned for non-payment of duties or taxes will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Any custom goods or materials built to order are not subject to return for credit under any circumstances.
Goods to be returned or exchanged must be securely packed in original cartons to reach us without damage, and must include original manuals, boxes and packing. We strongly recommend that you ship via UPS, FedEx, or any other courier that offers door-to-door tracking. No returns or exchanges will be considered or accepted (i) for used items, (ii) for any items not returned with original packaging and manuals, or (iii) for any items which are not in new, saleable condition.
Our Return Policy does not apply to the following items:
- Close-out Special-order (items not in our usual stock).
- Built-to-order (Some housings and Ports).
- Camera bodies and lenses.
- Used Items not in new, sellable condition.
Close-out, special-order, built-to-order, camera bodies and lenses will only be subject to return or exchange if they are defective or are "bad-out-of-box" items.
