Nauticam Underwater Sony a2020 WWL-1B Ultimate Wide Angle System

Optical Ocean Nauticam Sony A7RIV and A9II Ultimate WWL-1B Wide Angle System for the demanding underwater photographer.

Combines the Nauticam NA-a2020 Housing with the Nauticam WWL-1B and port for use with the FE Sony 28mm f/2 lens. Included also is a great lighting system consisting of two Sea & Sea YS-D3 strobes, mini flash trigger, fiber optic sync cords and the Kraken Hydra 4000 lumen light. This system is a compact mirrorless SLR package that works well for any underwater adventure!

The NA-Α2020 Underwater Housing

Nauticam has supported the Sony Alpha full-frame line since the original a7 with professional grade aluminum housings that offer intuitive access to all the controls and functions of the cameras. As the cameras have evolved, so have the Nauticam housings. The Nauticam NA-α2020 takes Nauticam's commitment to the Sony full-frame mirrorless line to another level by delivering the first housing that will support both the a9 II and the a7R IV with full access to all controls without modification or restriction. Integrated DSLR-housing styled handles with ergonomic rubberized grips and stainless steel stiffening brackets add stability and accessory mounting points. The NA-α2020 also features dual rear thumb-levers that are easily reached from the handle that access three of the most-used controls on the rear of the camera. The right lever actuates the AF-ON and RECORD buttons while the left lever is mapped to the PLAY button. Atop the housing on the left side are controls specific to the a9II in the form of a MODE dial and FOCUS mode lever. The C1, C2 buttons as well as the EV compensation dial also have direct access from the top of the housing. The C3, which is typically assigned to control switching between the EVF and the LCD screen is easily reachable on the rear of the housing from the left handle.

Nauticam Wet Wide Lens - WWL-1B

The next generation of WWL-1 is here!  The WWL-1B features the same stunningly sharp optics as the WWL-1, but it now includes an integrated aluminum buoyancy collar to make it nearly neutral in water.  The WWL-1 and now WWL-1B are still the highest quality wet-changeable underwater wide-angle conversion optics ever made, featuring unmatched contrast, overall sharpness, corner sharpness, and clarity. The design is truly full zoom through, allowing zoom to to be used as a tool for framing, and removable in water for close-up and macro shots. (Note: Upgraded - System shows older WWL model)

Two Sea & Sea YS-D3 MKII Underwater Photography Strobes

High performance strobe

The latest D3 circuitry and light-emitting strobe produces a powerful guide number of 33. A newly developed high precision optical lens has been fitted over the two flash tubes to disperse an even light from the center to the edge. The beam angle will increase to 100×110° with standard diffuser accessories, and can be increased to 150×170° with an optional dome diffuser.

Superior consecutive firing capabilities

The YS-D3 utilizes larger capacity condensers as well as a newly designed charging circuit. As a result, the YS-D3 will fire at GN16 continuously without any interval time! When the strobe is fired at GN22, it will fire again within a mere 0.8 seconds.

When the YS-D3 is fired at Guide Number over 22, a two-stage ready-to-fire signals will be issued. For instance, after the strobe fires at full power of GN33, the strobe will inform you both visually and audibly when the condenser is charged to fire at GN22. Then, when it is charged enough to fire at GN33, another different signal will be issued. This design allows you to fire more rapidly.
