Optical Ocean Sales created this Quality package for the Sony RX100V. This package allows the photographer to fully utilize the video and photo capabilities of the RX100V. The RX100V has the same software as the RX100VI, yet is easier add standard 67mm threaded external lenses to the port. The Kraken 6000 is a very powerful video light that can "strobe", bursting to 7000 lumens for photos! This system includes the Nauticam NA-RX100V complete with assembled Flexitray, external shutter release, vacuum leak detection valve along with the Kraken 8000 Light/Strobe and F/O cable.

Flexitray System Included

The ergonomic experience has been tailored for a photographer's right hand on the side of the housing, placing key controls literally at the users finger tips. A set of stainless steel handle brackets and mechanical shutter release trigger extension is included with every housing.

Vacuum Check System

The vacuum monitoring system including the M14 valve provides early warning for any problem with watertight integrity - which means peace of mind when shooting underwater. Simply use the included hand pump to pump a small amount of air out and the light turns green. If any air seems in through a bad oring, even a minute amount - the light turns yellow and then red when all vacuum is lost. Green means go!

Video

The standard NA-RX100VI housing supports HDMI out, via an optional HDMI bulkhead connected to the M16 accessory hole in the front of the housing. This means that the underwater videographer can use either the external SmallHD 502 (in the NA-502S housing, p/n 17907) or the sealed Dive and See monitors. These monitors all provide a large, high quality display for judging focus and exposure, and the recording options available in the Atomos products unlock low compression recording formats for professionals.

Both ball and YS mounts are also included. In the event of accidental flood, the head of the Hydra 6000 is water resistant if removed from water immediately. Remote control capable like all lights in the Hydra series – just add the remote control and fiber optic cables when you’re ready.
