Optical Ocean Nauticam NA-R5 Ultimate Wide Angle System Package
Combines the Nauticam NA-R5 Housing with a 140mm glass wide angle dome port, to fit the Canon 15mm FE lens. Included also is a great lighting system consisting of two Sea & Sea YS-D3 strobes, TTL flash trigger board, fiber optic sync cords and the new Kraken Hydra 6000 lumen light. The Nauticam NA-R5 Housing for Canon EOS R5
The NA-R5 underwater housing embodies Nauticam's drive for innovation. For many, the EOS R5 is a move from a full-frame Canon DSLR. To support both the legacy and native lenses, Nauticam has integrated the NA-R5 into the N120 port system. Canon's EF to RF mount adapters can be affixed to the camera before insertion into the housing. When using the EOS R5 inside the housing with the adapter and a supported EF lens, the port and extension ring arrangement will be identical to the same setup on a Nauticam Canon N120 DSLR. As the RF lens lineup emerges, dedicated port and extension ring combinations will be listed on the Port Chart. Two lens release buttons, one for RF and one for EF lenses used with the optional Canon adapter, are located on the front of the housing to make lens removal through the port opening simple.
Mission Control
Nauticam engineers are obsessed with getting the underwater image maker unfettered access to all the necessary controls, with as many within easy reach of the ergonomic rubberized handles.
Large knurled and rubberized control dials access the camera's "main" and "sub" command dials. The two-stage trigger allows for smooth focus and firing activation. Additional buttons for "Menu", "Focus Point Selection" and others are also easily reached from the handles.
Flash Triggering
Flash triggering is achieved via the UW Technics TTL flash controller board.
Vacuum Check and Leak Detection System
The NA-R5 System comes complete with the electronics and vacuum valve for the vacuum check and leak detection system. This simple system allows for checking the watertight integrity of the housing before the dive as well as monitoring continuously throughout the dive.
Nauticam 140mm Dome Port
A small glass dome port is included that makes for a compact rig that's perfect for close focus wide angle or shooting large reefscapes or even a whale!
Two Sea & Sea YS-D3 MKII Underwater Photography Strobes

High performance strobe
The latest D3 circuitry and light-emitting strobe produces a powerful guide number of 33. A newly developed high precision optical lens has been fitted over the two flash tubes to disperse an even light from the center to the edge. The beam angle will increase to 100×110° with standard diffuser accessories, and can be increased to 150×170° with an optional dome diffuser.
Superior consecutive firing capabilities
The YS-D3 utilizes larger capacity condensers as well as a newly designed charging circuit. As a result, the YS-D3 will fire at GN16 continuously without any interval time! When the strobe is fired at GN22, it will fire again within a mere 0.8 seconds.
When the YS-D3 is fired at Guide Number over 22, a two-stage ready-to-fire signal will be issued. For instance, after the strobe fires at full power of GN33, the strobe will inform you both visually and audibly when the condenser is charged to fire at GN22. Then, when it is charged enough to fire at GN33, another different signal will be issued. This design allows you to fire more rapidly.
Featuring a uniquely designed aluminum heat diffuser, the target light is now powerful enough to be used as a dive light!
Kraken Hydra 4000 Lumen WRGBU Wide, Red, RGB, Blue UV Video and 6000 Lumen Strobe Light
The Hydra 4000 packs an extremely bright 4000 lumen constant, and 6000 lumen burst into a compact package! We’ve upgraded from dual buttons to a three button design which makes controlling the light easier than ever before. We’ve included RGB led’s too so you can get all of the creating lighting options you might need. The Hydra 4000 is an excellent choice for a wide range of shooters.
One of the most exciting features of the new Hydra 4000 is the ability to charge via USB C. The included charger contains 3 ports, with the capability to charge up to two batteries simultaneously, plus an additional port to conveniently charge a phone, camera, or tablet – helping to streamline your gear when travelling! The charger is the latest in GaN technology, meaning it’s incredibly small, but still outputs 90 watts!
Both ball and YS mounts are also included. In the event of accidental flood, the head of the Hydra 4000 is water resistant if removed from water immediately. Remote control capable like all lights in the Hydra series – just add the remote control and fiber optic cables when you’re ready.
