Like all software there are bugs. If you do have problems, please email me with your browser, platform information and your security settings.

The following steps may help:

• Try a different browser, Firefox or Safari
• Adjust your security settings - Tools: Internet Options: Security tab - Set to no higher than Med-High.
• Many times deleting "cookies" will resolve the probem, as they can become corrupted. In Windows IE, go to "General" tab: Browsing History and delete temporary internet files, ie "cookies". In other browsers the proceedure is similar.
• Browsers set to "High" or behind a firewall that won't accept cookies, will not allow the store to send the information to your browser.

We know this can be frustrating at times and will do our best to improve your trip through the store.
