There are no sales taxes applied unless you live in the state of Washington.
Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or Federal Express within the US, and Express Mail Internationally with 7-10 day service. Federal Express Interantional may also be used. If shown in stock, products are shipped same or next day, if not in stock, there maybe a delay of 3-5 days before shipping. Please note that Priority Mail and FedEx Ground are NOT guaranteed services! Times indicated are an estimate, particularly to the East Coast US.
If you need the items by a particular date, please note that in the comments section and choose an expedited shipping method. We reserve the right to change shipping methods particularly for larger, more expensive orders.
Fantasea, Olympus, Ikelite, Nauticam and Sea & Sea DSLR products must be ordered, if not shown in stock. There are no returns or exchanges accepted for these or other special orders. Normally it takes 2-5 days to receive them and then shipment is sent. Rush shipment or drop shipping is available from some manufacturers for a fee. Contact us to find out.
