Video Lights
Video Lights are small, extremely powerful, with a broad beam width for good coverage with video and still cameras. They usually have a daylight balanced color temperature. As the line between camera types has faded, video lights are also used by still photographers looking to shoot both mediums and can do double duty as a focus light when turned down. They are generally bright enough to be used as a primary dive light in moderately clear water.
