INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES, I HAVE NO WAY TO ESTIMATE THEM.

If shown in stock, products are shipped same or next day, if not in stock, there maybe a delay of 3-5 days before shipping. Please note that Priority Mail and FedEx Ground are NOT guaranteed services! Times indicated are an estimate from shipping (not order) date.

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail (available for orders below $200) or Federal Express Ground within the US, and internationally via Express Mail Service (EMS) with approximately a 6-10 day service. Federal Express International may also be selected.

Free Shipping: All orders over $200 can receive FREE ground shipping via Federal Express Ground or Priority Mail within the lower 48 Continental US states. We cannot discount expedited methods. Shipping times are approximately 2-3 days west coast, 3-4 days mid-west/central US, and 5 days to the east coast; but this NOT guaranteed. Priority Mail is not tracked.

Delivery to shipping carrier constitutes delivery to purchaser. If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information, or because it was declined or undeliverable - no refunds for shipping costs will be made.

If you need the items by a particular date, please note that in the comments section and choose an expedited shipping method, such as FedEx overnight, 2-Day or Express Saver (3 day).

We reserve the right to change shipping methods. Orders will be insured as necessary. A direct signature is required for orders over $500.

There are no sales taxes applied unless you live in the state of Washington. Any VAT, customs duties or fees will be collected upon delivery for international orders.

DSLR products must be ordered, if not shown in stock. There are no returns or exchanges accepted for these or other special orders. Normally it takes 2-5 days to receive them and then shipment is sent. Rush shipment, or drop shipping is available from some manufacturers for a fee. Contact us to find out.
